- Processing Time: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, orders typically take 3-4 weeks to process before shipment. Custom or personalized orders may require additional time.
- Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your location and the size of the item. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order.
Damaged or Missing Items
- While we take great care in packaging your furniture, accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your package. Include photos of the damage, and we will assist you with a replacement or repair.
- For missing items, please contact us within 3 days from the shipping date, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Cancellations & Changes
- If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, we will no longer be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
