This custom walnut epoxy countertop combines the rich, natural beauty of walnut wood with sleek, durable epoxy for a stunning, one-of-a-kind piece. This countertop was handcrafted to highlight the unique grain patterns of the wood, with a transparent black epoxy river.

Preparing the Wood and Mold
Select your type of wood, sand, and seal a dry wood slab, filling any cracks if needed. When creating this river table, a leak-proof mold using sealed plywood was necessary.
Pour and Cure the Epoxy
Next, we mixed and poured epoxy using pigments if desired, while removing bubbles with a heat gun. We allowed the resin to cure fully over 24-72 hours.
Finish and Assemble
Lastly, we unmolded the table, sanded it until smooth, and applied a protective finish. The product was then ready to be delivered and installed!
